طلب حذف حسابك
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق الجبريني للطلبيات وكل البيانات المرتبطة به. عند استلام طلبك يقوم فريقنا بحذف معلوماتك نهائيًا وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
كيف أطلب الحذف؟
- راسلنا على البريد أو اتصل بنا من خلال الأزرار أدناه.
- اذكر رقم الجوال المسجّل في حسابك واسمك.
- قد نتواصل معك على نفس الرقم للتأكد أن الطلب صادر منك.
- نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى ونبلغك بإتمام الحذف.

ما الذي سيُحذف؟
- معلومات ملفك الشخصي: الاسم، رقم الجوال، العنوان والمدينة.
- كلمة المرور وجلسات تسجيل الدخول على كل الأجهزة.
- إحداثيات الموقع المحفوظة (إن وُجدت).
- سلة المشتريات، الإشعارات، واشتراكات التنبيهات.
ما قد نحتفظ به: سجلات الطلبيات والفواتير فقط، للمدة التي تفرضها القوانين المحاسبية والضريبية، دون استخدامها لأي غرض آخر.
تنبيه: الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه، ولن تتمكن من استرجاع حسابك أو سجل طلبياتك.

Request account deletion
You can request the deletion of your Al-Jebrini Orders account and all data associated with it. Once your request is received, our team will permanently remove your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
- Email or call us using the buttons below.
- Include the mobile number registered on your account and your name.
- We may contact you on that number to confirm the request is yours.
- We delete the account within 30 days at most and let you know once it is done.

What will be deleted?
- Your personal profile: name, mobile number, address and city.
- Your password and login sessions on all devices.
- Saved location coordinates (if any).
- Your cart, notifications and alert subscriptions.
What we may keep: order and invoice records only, for the period required by accounting and tax laws, and not used for any other purpose.
Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You will not be able to recover your account or order history.
