1من نحن

تطبيق «الجبريني» للطلبيات (على Android وعلى الموقع app.al-jebrini.com) تشغّله شركة الجبريني لمنتجات الألبان، الخليل (الشعابة)، فلسطين. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، وما هي حقوقك.

2البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الجوال، العنوان والمدينة، وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مشفّرة ولا يمكننا قراءتها).
• رمز التحقق: نرسل رمزًا برسالة SMS إلى رقمك لتأكيد التسجيل.
• بيانات الطلبيات: المنتجات والكميات والأسعار، تاريخ التوصيل، حالة الطلبية وسجل طلبياتك السابقة.
• الموقع الجغرافي (اختياري): فقط عندما تضغط زر تحديد الموقع في صفحة بياناتك وتوافق على الصلاحية، لتسهيل التوصيل. لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية.
• الإشعارات (اختياري): إذا سمحت بالإشعارات نحفظ معرّف الاشتراك اللازم لإرسال تنبيهات حالة الطلبية.
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز والمتصفّح وأوقات الطلب، تُسجَّل تلقائيًا في سجلات الخادم لأغراض الأمان وحل الأعطال.
• على جهازك: يحفظ التطبيق رمز تسجيل الدخول والإعدادات محليًا ليبقيك مسجّلًا.

3كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• إنشاء حسابك وإدارته والتحقق من رقم جوالك.
• استلام طلبياتك وتجهيزها وتوصيلها إلى عنوانك.
• التواصل معك بخصوص طلبياتك وإرسال إشعارات بحالتها.
• حماية التطبيق ومنع الاستخدام الاحتيالي أو غير المصرّح به.
• تحسين خدماتنا ومنتجاتنا.

4مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف. نشاركها فقط بالقدر اللازم مع:

• فريق التوزيع والمندوبين لدى الجبريني لتوصيل الطلبية (الاسم، الجوال، العنوان).
• مزوّد خدمة الرسائل القصيرة لإرسال رمز التحقق (رقم الجوال فقط).
• مزوّد استضافة الخوادم الذي تُخزَّن عليه البيانات بشكل آمن.
• خدمات الإشعارات التابعة لنظام جهازك أو متصفّحك، إذا فعّلت الإشعارات.
• الجهات الرسمية عندما يفرض القانون ذلك.

5مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما حسابك فعّال. عند حذف الحساب نحذف بياناتك الشخصية، وقد نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبيات والفواتير المدة التي تفرضها القوانين المحاسبية والضريبية فقط. سجلات الخادم التقنية تُحذف دوريًا.

6حماية البيانات

تنتقل كل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وكلمات المرور مشفّرة، والوصول إلى الخوادم وقاعدة البيانات محصور بالموظفين المخوّلين. لا توجد وسيلة حماية مثالية بنسبة 100%، لكننا نتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية بياناتك.

7حقوقك

• الاطلاع والتعديل: يمكنك عرض بياناتك وتعديلها من صفحة «بياناتي» داخل التطبيق.
• سحب الموافقة: يمكنك إيقاف صلاحية الموقع أو الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.
• الحذف: يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك كما هو موضّح أدناه.

9الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه للزبائن البالغين وأصحاب المحلات، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

10التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على السياسة المعدّلة.

1Who we are

The Al-Jebrini Orders app (on Android and at app.al-jebrini.com) is operated by Al-Jebrini Dairy Products, Hebron (Shaaba), Palestine. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, how we use and protect it, and your rights.

2Data we collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, address and city, and password (stored hashed — we cannot read it).
• Verification code: we send a one-time code by SMS to confirm your registration.
• Order data: products, quantities and prices, delivery date, order status and your order history.
• Location (optional): only when you tap the location button on your profile page and grant permission, to help with delivery. We do not track your location in the background.
• Notifications (optional): if you allow notifications, we store the subscription identifier needed to send order-status alerts.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and request times, logged automatically by our servers for security and troubleshooting.
• On your device: the app stores your login token and settings locally to keep you signed in.

3How we use your data

• To create and manage your account and verify your mobile number.
• To receive, prepare and deliver your orders to your address.
• To contact you about your orders and send order-status notifications.
• To protect the app and prevent fraud or unauthorized use.
• To improve our services and products.

4Sharing your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

• Al-Jebrini distribution staff and sales reps, to deliver your order (name, mobile, address).
• Our SMS provider, to send the verification code (mobile number only).
• Our server hosting provider, where the data is stored securely.
• Push-notification services of your device or browser, if you enable notifications.
• Public authorities, when required by law.

5Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your personal data; order and invoice records may be kept only for the period required by accounting and tax laws. Technical server logs are deleted periodically.

6Security

All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to our servers and database is limited to authorized staff. No method of protection is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7Your rights

• Access and correction: you can view and edit your details on the “My info” page in the app.
• Withdraw consent: you can turn off location or notification permissions at any time in your device settings.
• Deletion: you can request deletion of your account and data as described below.

9Children

The app is intended for adult customers and shop owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
